Jonathan is the Chief financial officer, mainly in charge of fund raising, IPO, corporate governance and investor relations etc. He holds a master degree of Finance from Loughborough University, Jonathan previously served as CFO & Company secretary at several overseas listed companies, which he helped to achieve listco statuses. Jonathan possesses over 20 years experiences in capital securitization, corporate financing, IR & PR management, compliance & information disclosure. Jonathan is the associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) and The United Kingdom Chartered Governance Institute (CGI), he is also a charter holder of CFA.
